Co-authors who are willing to participate the symposium are to fill the registration form and pay the suitable registration fee.
Registration fee covers coffee breaks, welcoming party, symposium proceedings. Technical trip fee includes transfer, lunch and the refreshments. Please pay attention to that registration fee will not cover the accomodation and technical trip fees. For full coverage (registration, accomodation, and technical trip), please have a look at packages I and II, specified by single room and shared room accomodations, respectively.
Daily Registration fee covers the coffee breaks, symposium proceedings and a lunch for the day of registry . Please pay attention to that registration fee will not cover the accommodation and technical trip fees.
Accompanying person fee includes welcoming party, 5 night accommodation, lunch and dinner (full inclusive system) in a shared room and symposium dinner.
Package I: 700€
The fee covers all expenses during the symposium, including 5 night accommodation (Queen Elizabeth Elite Suite Hotel & SPA, (single room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (open buffet), beverages and alcoholic drinks throughout the day ,all the facilities provided by the hotel, (full inclusive system), coffee supplements in breaks, welcoming party, symposium proceedings, bag and badge, symposium dinner, technical trip, and the registration fee.
After the 25 January 2008,please add 50€.
Package II: 625€
The fee covers all expenses during the symposium, including 5 night accommodation (Queen Elizabeth Elite Suite Hotel & SPAad) (shared room/two person in a room), breakfast, lunch and dinner (open buffet) beverages and alcoholic drinks throughout the day, all the facilities provided by the hotel (full inclusive system), coffee supplements in breaks, welcoming party, symposium proceedings, bag and badge, symposium dinner, technical trip and registration fee.
After the 25th of January, 2008, please add 50€. This package is 500€ for students if desired. please add 50€.

Round up trip between Antalya Airport and Queen Elizabeth Elite Suite Hotel & SPA (50 km) will be provided for 25€ by symposium organizing committee.
The cost of extra accommodation is 70€ for single room and 50€ for shared room.
For those who would like to stay in another hotel daily bench is available for 15€. It covers 2 coffee breaks, open buffet lunch, all the facilities of the hotel and beverages and alcoholic drinks during day time.
The daily rate of any alternative hotel will be announced soon.If you have a difficulty in paying your registration fee through website or bank account number, we could, to a limited extent, have it in registration desk. However, in this case, it is not possible to have your manuscript in the conference proceedings since it works together with registration automatically and independent of organizing body from Ankara University. Note:
To qualify for early registration fee, payment must accompany your registration between 10 September 2007 - 25 January 2008.
There will be no refunds for registration after 11 April, 2008. Prior to this date requests for registration refunds will be made after a written notification of cancellation is received by the organizing committee. A processing fee of 50€ will be deducted from each registration refund.
